  • Initiated and championed the internal project to exported MIS reporting to an automated reporting software (Tableau) for stakeholders in senior management and was responsible for change management which increased MIS compliance to 98%

  • Trained the internal team on the use of the MIS system and continued to update them as new developments rolled out

  • Applied MS Excel to develop a template to audit client systems compliance, which became template for other departments as well
